Administrative Assistant I (Full Time)

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Operations Officer this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the department. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.

  Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel as well as computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form
  • At least three (3) years of administrative level experience
Administrative Assistant IV (Full Time)

Supports the Office of Assoc. Pastor.

Manage and arrange executives' schedules, appointments, meetings, events and travel arrangements. Answer monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications, able to interact with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information, coordinate project-based work, type, prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Administrative Assistant IV (Full Time)

Supports the Office Chief Operating Officer. Type, prepares and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. Manage executives' schedules, appointments, meetings and events. Enter financial data and prepare spreadsheets, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information, able to interact with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

Elementary Teacher Assistant (Full Time)

Responsible for assisting classroom Teacher.  Working with students, parents, other teachers and staff toward achieving the goals set for Calvary Christian Academy as directed.

  Qualifications
  • Associate degree, Para-professional certificate or at least 2 years of college.
  • One(1) to three(3) years of experience working in a school system.
  • Classroom management skills.
Network Administrator Support (Part Time)

Ensure network technology provides fast, accurate, and secure method to access information. Ensure support is provided to "internal" staff in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, using operating systems and a variety of application software. Maintain adequate knowledge of existing hardware and software in use to maximize efficiency of the network and users' utilization of them. Provide written documents which evaluate information on periodic intervals.
