Executive Assistant (Full Time)

Support the Office of Assoc. Pastor.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. Manage, arrange and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, meetings, events and travel arrangements. Answer monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications receive and interact with incoming internal staff, visitors and clients at all levels. Co-ordinate project-based work.

  Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred or some college.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form. -At least two (2) years of executive level experience
Facilities Administrator (Full Time)

Responsible for the oversight and management  of GMCHC’s maintenance and safe operations of all facilities of GMCHC.



Department: Office of Chief Operating Officer
Location: GMCHC
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with three (3) to five (5) years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Three years experience in management.
  • Three years supervisory experience. -Must have and maintain a current CDL license.
Network Administrator Support (Part Time)

Ensure network technology provides fast, accurate, and secure method to access information. Ensure support is provided to "internal" staff in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, using operating systems and a variety of application software. Maintain adequate knowledge of existing hardware and software in use to maximize efficiency of the network and users' utilization of them. Provide written documents which evaluate information on periodic intervals.

  Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years experience in a Client/Server environment,
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in Software Net-ware applications and Extensive experience in Local and Wide Area Networks.
Teacher (Full Time)

Responsible for teaching K-1 curriculum to each pupil in his or her charge and for working with students, parents, other teachers and staff toward achieving the goals set for Calvary Christian Academy.
